• Provide Child Welfare & Family Services (CWFS) Division Wide oversight of all fiscal CWFS operations, monitor and ensure program funds for programs are accurately processed. • Take primary responsibility on ensuring Adoption & Foster Care (AFC) administrative (MSAR) and Medicaid rates are accurately recorded and submitted on monthly basis. Work in collaboration with health and medical programs around NYS E-Med reporting and contracts. • Ensure timely processing, submission and recoupment of state/city revenue claims for AFC programs. • Collaborate with various state and city offices as it relates to billing, upgrades in state software, rate changes around level of care and access to various state/city sites for adoption & foster care programs. • Monitor and review accuracy of all division wide requests for expenditures. • Review and update vendor contacts for CWFS programs. • Assist Fiscal and Operations Director, CWFS on short-term and long- term financial forecasting for adoption & foster care programs. • Interpret & analyze data-sets on population movements within adoption & foster care programs. • Oversee the management of the information support team to maintain, assign access, track usage and develop guides to support staff around state/city and in-house software. • Manage state system of tracking of cases/children “Connections”. Work with various security coordinators in CWFS programs to ensure the ongoing accuracy of all CAS site information, staff hierarchal structure and security rights. • Work collectively with various quality assurance staff in designing reports to analyze and evaluate trends and new requirements from OCFS/ACS. • Supervise and work with fiscal/data staff to develop their skills and enhance their abilities to effectively manage their jobs and support CWFS programs
