Owned ,operated and built four T-Mobile stores. Converted them to Cricket. We sold the stores to become a Preferred Retailer for Sprint.

I built owned and operated over fifty cell phone stores. I managed all employees, leases, and inventory. I handled loss prevention and HR. We increased sales year after year and recently merged the stores into a larger Preferrred Retailer.

I did the buying at over ten different auctions. I created and did the website administration. I took photos of cars and posted them on the web site. I loved every aspect of the car business. I was personally involved in all aspects of the car lot.

I ran a distribution center and managed sales in all three divisions (b2b,company owned stores and agents). I managed all aspects of sales and marketing. We had a very successful brand launch and billboard campaign. We had 141 people working in the BTA. I received a buy-out when we sold the company.
