I graduated from the Dublin School of Architecture, D.I.T. in 2009 with an honours Degree in Architecture. I took my first post graduate position as an Architectural Assistant with Arthur Gibney and Partners Architecture (AGP) having worked for them intermittently throughout my Degree Studies. During my post-graduate employment for AGP I worked mostly on domestic and small commercial jobs including the McDonalds HQ fit-out, a number of one off houses and extensions. I also worked within the Design Team for Wexford County Council Offices, and produced a number of RIAI competition entries on behalf of the office. During this time I also worked part-time for Grainne Weber Architects on a number of domestic and commercial projects.I began working for Alan Burns (Arcumen Architects) as an Architectural Assistant in 2012 and then for Bright Design Architects in 2013 when the practice was formed by Alan Burns and Michael Frain.I completed my post graduate Professional Diploma in Architecture in 2015 with distinction and became a member of the RIAI in 2016. I became an Associate with Bright Design Architects in 2016 and have been with the company for more than 10 years now. I have worked on a large variety of projects including one-off houses, house extensions + renovations, An Enerphit (Passive House Renovation) certified house, various commericial fit-outs, hotels, educational buildings.
