John Powers Middleton is an American film and television producer. He is most well known for producing The Lego Movie and the critically acclaimed A&E series, Bates Motel. Shortly after beginning his career, Middleton partnered with Roy Lee under Vertigo Entertainment. In 2013, Middleton and Lee entered a joint venture with Joe Drake and Nathan Kahane of Good Universe. John Powers Middleton partnered with Casey Affleck to develop and launch their own production company, The Affleck/Middleton Project in 2014.Aside from his television and film experience with Vertigo Entertainment, Good Universe, and Warner Bros. Entertainment, John Powers Middleton also has experience in radio as the creator and producer of The Alfonso Aguilar Show on Univision Radio.
