Responsible for supervising twenty-plus shop employees and the success of three departments which include Assembly of Specialized builds, Shipping and Receiving, and Small Parcel. In this manufacturing and assembly environment, my tasks are to plan and assign work to ensure that all key metrics are achieved daily.
