Over 9 years experience in Retail, as a Deputy Store Manager for ALDI. I enjoy putting in the hard work, and driving my team to reach our daily, weekly and monthly goals. Looking for something new to sink my teeth into.Roles of my current job include:- Day to day running of the store and shifts. - Being in charge of the Staff, and giving them manageable tasks that will work towards increasing store presentation, stock levels, and store perception. - Dealing with any issues staff may face, whether it is on a professional or personal level, ensuring they are adequately suited to work, and have their needs met. - Dealing with customers on a face to face basis, maintaining a professional approach to any questions or complaints they may have. - Dealing with day to day Office Management Tasks, such as handling cash and the Safe, completing assigned paperwork tasks, dealing with Emergency Product Withdrawls, calculating sales and productivity figures, and ensuring our targets are being reached. - Working delivery pallets, on dayshift as well as nightshift. - Experience with Electric Pallet Trucks, using these to manoeuvre pallets around the warehouse and shop floor. - Alcohol License Holder. - First Aid qualified
