After Spending 21 years of increasing leadership capacity as both a U.S. Army Ranger and Green Beret. I have learned to live by the guiding principles that people are more important than hardware and to ensure success we must understand our operational environment at all times. I have a history of leading successful teams and organizations, coordinating operating and logistics planning at varying levels. Skilled in operations management, relationship management, personnel management, operational planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership I am actively retiring from the military as a Sergeant Major, I am interested in capitalizing on my two decades worth of management experience leading and developing key relationships across multiple disciplined organizations. Until recently, I started up and led a multi-million dollar Human Performance initiative at 3d Special Forces Group. Where I synchronized efforts and managed relationships between executive military leadership and the University of Southern California center for body computing to identify and develop methods to identify stressors and enhance human performance. I have a Bachelors of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management from the University of Management and Technology as well as an Active Top Secret clearance
