  • Lead Commissioning Engineer – Utility Line Management Services, Inc. (ULMS). Contracted to Southern California Edison (SCE), Transmission and Distribution Department, Substation Construction & Maintenance (SC&M). Responsible for technical oversight and support of electrical design modifications of new and retrofit 500/220/115kV Substation Automation System (SAS) Substations. Duties include oversight of various disciplines and resources required to test substation electrical components and systems, development and review of testing schedules, (Primavera and Microsoft Project), move programs, clearance and switching orders. Provide Single point of contact between Grid Control Center, Substation Operations, Maintenance, Contracted Electrical Test, Vendors, Protection, Design, and Automation Engineering. Initiate and maintain Non-Conformance Report (NCR) documents, review test data and in-service readings prior to release of equipment.
