Responsible for the readiness, training, and deployment of an EOD battalion consisting of 303 personnel; domestic emergency response spanning 730,000sqmi.; support to FBI & US Secret Service.Duties and responsibilities: Conduct operational planning, resourcing, management, and organizational development.● Synchronize and deconflict operations for six geographically-dispersed units both domestic and overseas● Extensive liaison responsibilities with both government and non-government agencies, includinghumanitarian de-mining activities and contracted civilian vendors.● Develop the organization for future success by implementing innovative policy and doctrinal changes.● Fiscal and property responsibilities exceeding $35 million annually
