Concepts for new campaigns including, activation, design, art direction, experiential work and artwork itself. Shopper Marketing. Brands included Dr.Oetker, Chicago Town, Capri-Sun, Beefeater, Brewers Fayre and GSK among others.

Developing new creative on a daily basis, from concept to final artwork. I enjoyed bringing novel and creative solutions for marques which included Jaguar, Aston Martin, Land Rover, McLaren, BMW, Ford, Honda, Mercedes-Benz and more for large dealer groups.

One of my first full time creative roles came in the form of Graphic Designer for the Banbury Guardian. Working closely in a team of five we created advertising for the Banbury Guardian in-house design studio. From local hairdressers, car dealerships to wedding fairs, it was our job to create 80% of the ads for the paper. Most briefs were either verbal or a quick scribble due to the nature and speed of which these ads had to be created. Not one of my favourite positions it must be said, but it certainly gave me the much needed experience that I required to progress my career.

Called in one day to try and gain some work experience. They agreed and I became part of the graphics team for a couple of months. Work included illustrated brochures, corporate identity and file management.

This was my first insight into the real world of advertising and marketing and a chance to gain experience from Kevin Twittey and Danny Claridge. Its clients included Britvic, BT, Cadbury, Guinness, Woolworths and Safeway to name but a few. Triangle was a fantastic place to gain experience, as soon as I arrived I found myself attending a meeting with Strongbow and working on strategies on how they were going to promote at the Glastonbery Festival. As luck would have it, I was with Triangle when they celebrated 25 years of business and ended up creating all their promotional material for their big 25th ‘bash’.
