CurrentI created and built DocuQuest off of a vision: to provide unprecedented customer service and deliver unmatched value to our clients. Determined to partner with Toshiba, I developed and presented a business plan to Toshiba America Business Solutions. I left that meeting as an Authorized Toshiba Full Line Dealer and partnered with the top negotiated pricing tier. Many businesses don’t survive their first year; in our first year we netted $78k in revenue and grew to a multi-million dollar business in 2016. We fostered a company culture of ‘whatever it takes’ which enabled us to survive market downturns and continue to thrive in Savannah. I’m a leader who believes in holding people accountable and because of this, was able to build dedicated and successful team and company. Due to our success, we expanded our product offerings to include Kyocer, CopyStar, Epson, Lexmark BSD, Lexmark MPS Elite, Hewlett Packard, KIP Wide Format, Epson Wide Format, FP Mailing Solutions and additional suppliers for MPS.Our reputation precedes us in that the significant majority of our new business comes through referrals from our many satisfied customers.
