• Spearheaded the evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP, Product configurator and CRM solutions for newly acquired manufacturing operations in the Architectural Door Division. Selected Microsoft Dynamic AX//CRM Infor PCM.• Assembled cross-functional core ERP team. Team was comprised of internal/external business analyst and developers.• Managed and coordinated ERP Partner Executive Steering Team with senior leadership from software and implementation partners (Microsoft, Fullscope and Infor). • Established and led multiple Internal Executive, IT and Business Steering Teams.• Controlled costs, maintained system stability and employee moral through the largest decline in the door industry since the great depression. Revenues declined from $3B to under $1B with housing starts deteriorating from 2.5M to under 500K resulted in closure of 50 manufacturing sites.• Key member of the leadership team that led Masonite through Chapter 11 restructure. Provided all data required by the restructuring team and courts that helped enable a successful pre-packaged emergence.• Repeatedly managed fiscally conservative IT budget of less than .05% of annual sales.• Increased customer “stickiness” with the development and implementation of industry cutting-edge online customer-facing product configurator. Online quoting and ordering activity increased over 50% in 2016.• Managed corporate office facilities, including selection, contract negotiation, build-out, and move of new corporate office. Saved Masonite $1M over the term of the lease after all moving costs.• Responsible for all IT due diligence and integration of new acquisitions including systems, people and infrastructure.• Hand selected employees from IT department to build Risk Assessment Team charged with analyzing all critical systems, identify and document system vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions.
