Representation of the Companies of the Group before the Competent Courts. Experience in Litigation & Arbitration in Commercial Matters such as Distribution, Competition, Contractual liability, Franchise Agreements, Partnership Agreements)

Active in commercial, civil and tax law. Experience in structuring and executing cross - border transactions. Property transactions Lease Agreements. Day to Day consulting to Multinational Companies regarding all issues of their activities. Litigation in Civil, Commercial, tax and Public Law. Representation of Companies/Clients before the first and second degree Courts, Tax and Public Authorities.

Advice on contractual liability, equipment leasing, product liability and safety, product labelling, sales promotion, trade standards and unfair contract terms. Property transactions and Lease Agreements, Representation of diverse clientele including foreign and local companies before the competent courts, participating in public bids related to public works, public procurement and public services. Advising bidders at the stage of drafting their offers to challenging the outcome of tendering procedures.
