I am an area manager at FedEx Ground, For eight consecutive months, I was part of an inbound preload sort that ranked top 10 in the company, and I improved the outbound program by 35 spots since I started. Then starting as a Mid level manger I have ensured that my inbound operations that had not been certified before led them to two consecutive months of certifying and leading a team to major success and gains since my onboarding. In addition to my operational skills, I have a strong academic background and passion for industrial and organizational psychology. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in this field from Grand Canyon University, and I expect to graduate in January 2024. I have already completed my bachelor's and associate's degrees in psychology from University of Central Oklahoma in May 2022. I apply psychological principles and research to improve organizational performance, culture, and well-being. I have strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills, and I am dedicated to creating a positive and productive work environment for my team members and colleagues.
