Project: Boysun Gas Processing Plant, Uzbekistan. EPC Lead Piping Engineer Layout and Stress – Process Units, SRU and Well Pad Areas (Current location Tashkent),• Reviewing Piping Deliverables like overall plot plan, Unit equipment layouts, GADs, isometrics, MTO, Valve list, Special item list, 3D models at desk for process areas, SRU and Well pad area.• Reviewed of Piping stress calculations and reports connected to well pads, Steam turbine, Compressors, incinerator, Centrifugal Pumps, tanks, exchangers, heaters, columns, Air coolers etc.• Reviewed piping loads on racks, platforms and vessel cleats.• Attending kickoff meetings and technical discussion with Vendor and sub-contractors for vendor packages.• Providing input to lesson learned register. • Performing model review at the Desk and Attending model reviews with clients. Conducting 3D model review for Vendor package.• Report weekly progress report and attended progress meeting with clients and management.

BOTAS Underground Gas Storage Project, Istanbul, Turkey, PMC Lead Piping Engineer(The project consists of two shallow water unmanned offshore platforms for gas storage and gas extraction purposes, offshore pipelines and onshore surface facility for gas processing.)• Reviewed piping deliverable like plot plans, Piping design basis, Piping Material Specification, insulation specification, data sheets of piping special items and valves and ensured the plot layout is as per recognized offshore / onshore Engineering practices.• Reviewed of Piping stress calculations and reports connected to Well pads, Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, tanks, exchangers, heaters, columns, Air coolers etc.• Reviewed Material request and TBE for valves and reviewed valve drawings etc.• Review of 3D model using Navis review at the desk.

Piping Asset Lead Engineer – NR NGL Gas plant Revamp Project • Lead, supervise and Reviewed site survey input / reports, 3D model, Plot plans markups, General arrangement drawing, Piping material specification (PMS), stress analysis calculation, isometrics, MTO, MR / TBE and execute the deliverable as per project schedule. • Managed team of people in Dubai office and site team.• Reviewed and provided proper response to site query.• Provided input to concept study reports and piping design basis.• Provided technical advice and support to site team during all the stages of the project.• Attended weekly progress meetings with clients and generated status reports to Project Manager.BNGL (FEED) Project.
