CurrentI am responsible for processing customer transactions, including orders, quotes, and returns, while also promptly addressing phone inquiries and providing product information and availability. Additionally, I play a key role in contributing to the achievement of sales targets and customer base expansion, as well as fostering strong customer relationships.Working alongside my store manager, our branch achieved the highest growth for two consecutive years out of 40 branches. I also play a crucial role in maintaining inventory control and resolving any issues that may arise by developing effective solutions.
