John R. is a CNC Machinist at SMI Aerospace. Colleagues describe them as "I enjoyed working with John during my two years at Weber and I can honestly say that John is one of these guys "who make it happen" regardless of the situation. And we have been in some critical situations when things just were not running the way they supposed to, but despite tremendous pressure from customer and our own management, John was usually the one who was finding a simple and elegant solution that worked. I worked with many plant management people throughout my career but I don't think I ever met one person who could handle his or her duties in stressful situations with such calm and effective manner like John does.
