I’m a production manager professional with over 22 years experience in manufacturing equipment for the oil industry such as coil tubing units, pressure pumping equipment, nitrogen units, blenders, fracturing pumps and many more. My main priorities is lean manufacturing and safety in the workplace. In the last eight years, this company has grown from four people under my supervision in the production team, to more than 65.My technical skills include but are not limited to:-Data acquisition systems -Hydraulic systems-MS Office-Proficient in MRP/ERP systems-Thorough knowledge of safety standards and compliance standards-Knowledge of quality standards -knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies-in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques-knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation and Human Resources I am also have vast knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, high pressure testing, data acquisition testing, diesel, gas and industrial equipment with over 20 years of experience of troubleshooting, which I consider to be one of my strengths.I have repaired gas and diesel engines, looked at troubleshooting with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanic and electrical problems in oil equipment, coil-tubing units, fracturing pumping units, blender units and other heavy mobile equipment. I have experience testing with high pressures up to 60,000 psi, high loads up to 5 million pounds and high temperatures up to 600 F. I also have some knowledge strain gage. I strive to use my creativity and knowledge in every task I undertake. I am bilingual. I speak, read and write both English and Spanish fluently. I can read and understand Portuguese, too.
