We would later expand this revenue model with several additional state and local contracts. In addition to initiating enterprise transformation projects, I’ve built a reputation as an IT firefighter: when a project needs turning around they call me in to rescue it. Whether that’s right-tracking and stabilizing a faltering joint business venture (and repositioning the JV for sale), reviving the failed launch of new file management system and portal that supported 1000s of clients or taking a project with an 18-month delivery cycle and delivering the planned value in 9 months, I’ve excelled at setting realistic expectations, closing gaps between IT and the business, getting buy in for major change initiatives and driving adoption.
