  I am a senior management professional currently working in the Charity sector responsible for substantial contracts across London and the East of England. As a former Solicitor and corporate consultant I bring a broad knowledge of corporate affairs as well as front line project management. In my current role as Locality Manager for Rethink Mental Illness I work closely with Commissioners in Essex, Hertfordshire and Norfolk matrix managing large teams to deliver outcome focused and evidence based commissioned services across East Anglia. In addition to this I am part of the Business Management and Development Team responsible for maintaining key stakeholder relationships, influence local commissioning intentions and the benefits of joint working with other stakeholders. I ensure that service monitoring and outcome reporting is in line with contract requirements. I work to provide local intelligence to business planning and business development activities, working as part of a project team ensuring local commissioning priorities and needs are understood and addressed. Moreover I strive to act at a local level as an ambassador for the Charity. Managing and delivering outcomes is one of my key performance targets. I am responsible for ensuring all services meet contractual requirements, Service Level Agreements and specifications and that those services evolve and change to meet the needs of a commissioners and our clients.
