Representing the IT delivery at the programme and steering group level and providing appropriate reporting. Managing the technical delivery model utilising several onshore and offshore suppliers, with two major outsourcing partners in India and the UK. Working to fulfil external regulatory requirements around disaster recovery and business continuity. Responsible for reviewing and updating support structures to ensure delivery of services to the business within SLA.
