I have built or renovated homes of all styles: from period historical restoration to modern/contemporary, classic brick Georgian homes as well as American shingle beach houses. My last two projects were substantial 19th century restorations in the historic section of Charleston that well exceeded the 2M price threshold. I have had the honor of seeing a variety of my projects published in leading architectural and interior design periodicals including Architectural Digest, Travel and Leisure, Charleston Style and Design (cover photo and featured article), Charleston Home and Design among several others. My project and business management experience has given me the extrordinary people and communication skills necessary to succeed in this field. My diverse skill set enables me to arrange all service contracts, stay on budget, supervise all subcontractors. My mission is a zero defect, "done once, done right" attitude that I make clear to all vendors and subs before the project even begins. In addition to my project management skills, I am also experienced in general and office business operations.Specialties: I thrive in a diverse and fast-paced management environment. Throughout my career I have accrued a multitude of skills including client relations, management operations, and creative problem solving.
