Primarily worked as part of a pre-litigation team with an Attorney and Case Manager to produce quality demands and settlements for clients in personal injury cases, as well as others. Tasks ranged from legal research and writing, drafting pre-litigation demand letters, preparing demand exhibit packages, processing settlement distributions, negotiating bill reductions/settlements, summarizing medical bills and records, ordering medical records and billing, to assisting litigation department, and communicating with clients.

Supervised Case Management system cleanup (Filevine), primarily litigation files. Worked closely with Attorneys, Litigation Paralegals, and Case Managers on various cases. Drafted variety of legal documents such as pre-litigation demands, complaints, interrogatories, records requests, and assorted tasks, legal research and writing as needed.
