Leading Engineering Program Management for Digital Media Platform team.

Direct the program management team who is responsible for all software development for theTrust Protection Suite of products and systems. My team and I drive planning andexecution for mission critical initiatives covering Content Moderation and Creator Policy experience. In my position as Program Management Lead, I maintained management of thefront-end development for Google Ads. I built and directed a team of sixTechnical Program Managers. I drove the design, development, and launch ofnext generation Google Ads frontend (AdWords Next).Additionally, I steered the re-branding initiatives for AdWords to GoogleAds.Example of my most notable contributions were:• I spearheaded Adwords Next, a 2.5-year program that involved over 400engineers across numerous teams.• I initiated an ads-wide prioritization process of all advertiser-facingchanges which has become the standard for Ads operating cadence.
