Direct the program management team who is responsible for all software development for theTrust Protection Suite of products and systems. In my position as Program Management Lead, I maintained management of thefront-end development for Google Ads. I built and directed a team of sixTechnical Program Managers. I drove the design, development, and launch ofnext generation Google Ads frontend (AdWords Next).Additionally, I steered the re-branding initiatives for AdWords to GoogleAds.Example of my most notable contributions were:• I spearheaded Adwords Next, a 2.5-year program that involved over 400engineers across numerous teams.• I initiated an ads-wide prioritization process of all advertiser-facingchanges which has become the standard for Ads operating cadence.

Lead product strategy and feature planning/development for DoubleClick Search engineering team. DoubleClick Search is a search ad management product developed for large search advertisers. From 2013 to 2015, I served as Lead Program Manager for a 100+product/engineering team to assist large advertisers and agencies inmanaging complex search ad campaigns across Google, Bing/Yahoo!, and Yahoo!Japan. I directed all processes, roadmaps, deliverables, and prioritizationfor numerous internal projects, including machine resources, rebuilt billingplatform, feature launch tracking, and bi-annual planning cycles.

Managed small team responsible for sales strategy for launch of new search ad products, including AdWords API, AdWords Bidding, DoubleClick Search, Enhanced Campaigns, Auction Insights and AdWords Editor.

Managed Sales Operations team responsible for sales strategy and operations of Americas Division of AdWords Online Sales team.
