My wife and I founded Rambow HealthCare Consultants to assist small to medium size home healthcare companies with their Accounting and Clinical operations. I handled the accounting issues and my wife handled the clinical issues. We also assisted large companies with government audits and surveys. When my wife went back to work in the private healthcare sector, the loss of the clinical aspect of our consulting business made it difficult for me to continue on alone as the sole consultant. As such, I am looking to bring my considerable management, accounting and legal talents to any business, large or small, that needs an experienced hand to handle today's economy.

My wife, her parents and I founded CareGiver Connection of Arizona, L.L.C. in 1999 for the purpose of providing quality, cost effective home healthcare services for seniors in the Tucson Community. I managed the Accounting Department and handled all legal issues related to the Company's business operations. Before my wife and I divested ownership of the Company assets in 2013, we had grown from one (1) small office in Tucson, Arizona to eight (8) home healthcare offices located in Southern Arizona and Orange County, California. Our gross revenues exceeded Eight Million Dollars and we had over 200 employees.

My primary emphasis of practice was real estate and business law. After five years as an Associate Attorney, I became a Shareholder. During most of my thirteen years as Shareholder, I was a Certified Real Estate Specialist and the Supervisor of the Foreclosure Department. I became Of Counsel for the last year of my legal career as my wife and I had started our own Home Healthcare Business. I left the practice of law to become the full time CFO and General Counsel of CareGiver Connection of Arizona, L.L.C. dba AristoCare Home Health Services.
