As the Manager of System Engineering, I am a passionate leader with strong communication skills that provides strategic and tactical direction to my teams and influence across the entire FARA integrated product team, as well as serve as the primary systems engineering lead for Government engagements on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Here I researched and designed complex Environmental Control System designs for customer airplanes, including Boeing 777/777X ECS. I also served as Process Lean Leader, and ENOVIA Quality Validation Leader, creating and developing design concepts for overall airplane cost and weight reduction. Supervising Engineering Work Packages and milestones, I prepared and released all design packages within CATIAV 5, ENOVIA, and PDM. Additionally, I supported manufacturing to resolve installation and engineering issues.Some key contributions:• Developed Patent-Pending design for installing aircraft Environmental Control Systems, reducing time and cost by up to 200 hours and $200,000 per shipset.• Served as Senior Designer for ECS System on 777-300ER/-9 Emirates Full Height Suites.• Designed, developed, and released innovative ECS layouts for 777-300 ER NEW CROWN project, lowering costs and improving safety for installation crews.

I oversaw ENOVIA releases as the Lead Focal for all team parts and assemblies, and supported manufacturing in developing product assembly and build plans.Key contributions:• Serve as Lead Focal for PLM systems and international customer design.• Designed and initiated tracking system for team designs during initial release process.

Here I served as Design Team Lead on section 41 crown and sidewalls for Boeing 787-8/9, and as 787 Test A/P Refurb Lead. Overseeing team milestones, I scheduled release packages, supporting and leading team members during the design process. I also assisted the ECAT team with manufacturing and installation issues, and employed ENOVIA for documenting and releasing Wire Harness Installation and Wire Harness Assembly models.Notable highlights:• Led team of over 20 engineers and designers through effective supervision.• Developed efficient and effective designs for routing wire harnesses throughout airplane.
