As the Manager of System Engineering, I am a passionate leader with strong communication skills that provides strategic and tactical direction to my teams and influence across the entire FARA integrated product team, as well as serve as the primary systems engineering lead for Government engagements on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Team responsibilities include: Requirements Development & Management, System Model Development & Management (using MBSE), Systems and Program Engineering Planning, Configuration Management, Data Management.• Development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management processes to include Configuration Item identification, CM Plan development, engineering part release, change processes Bill of Material structuring, document marking and delivery.• Manage all Program Risks, Issues, and Opportunities using the Bell RIO tool, to include cost and schedule impact assessment, customer coordination, and integration into the EVMS baseline.
