When starting out in the staffing world placing Healthcare IT consultants, I quickly developed a love for the Healthcare Staffing industry and it was clear that helping to make an impact on quality healthcare was not only intriguing but it was very rewarding. Moving on, growing in my career and realizing the ongoing shortage of clinicians in the country I later found myself interested in not only the IT side of things but wanting to do my part at staffing experienced clinical staff who more directly impact the patients. From there, MedWave Healthcare Staffing was born and since its conception we have focused on providing healthcare facilities with the ever so important clinical staff to help them fill in staffing gaps and ultimately provide better patient care. Since 2015 I've been lucky to interact with hundreds if not thousands of nursing professionals in all areas of the US and have found a love for helping them achieve their career goals all the while helping facilities fill their needs. Its a win - win. Our entire team continues to focus on the underlying importance of doing the best job for our clients and clinicians that we possibly can and at the end of the day it feels great to make a positive impact!
