Educating and working closely with the Transmed Sales professionals whilst working on NPD for their Fine Foods category. Based in Dubai but covering the UAE we strive to bring the regions chefs some of the worlds finest ingredients. Sourcing fantastic products from Canada, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sri Lanka and America is our main focus over the coming months. Showcasing them to key hospitality personnel is our aim and establishing a market share in Fine Foods is the corporate goal

Developing and mentoring a sales team of 6 people with a passion for great food within Chef Middle East LLC New products and new ideas for the chefs of the region from our very own chefs at Innovation means that we will continue to bring great quality to the kitchens and dining rooms of both new and existing clients. Its an exciting challenge not only for myself but the team i will head up in the regions hospitality market.

Responsible for developing new and innovative seafood and shellfish appetisers and entre centre of plate dishes. Managing a team of 9 we deconstructed and rebuilt traditional ideas and recipes as well as being responsible for the NPD in countries such as Australia, South Africa, Singapore, New Zealand, Europe and the UK. We created award winning food for the chefs of today whilst allowing them the opportunity to showcase the skills of tomorrow.

Building the 3663 and Horeca Trade Brand in the Middle East / Indian Ocean on International Secondment. Working with the Horeca CEO and sales team to capture bigger market share on company brands. Liasing with all the 5 and 6 star hotels and their Executive Chefs in the UAE, building and securing both existing and new relationships in order to move forward. Demonstrating and building brands such as Lamb Weston, Unilever, Royal Gourmet and Mars was a key part to my successful period in the Middle East. Working with our key partners such as Unilever on new recipes, new formulas and how to grow our market share was also part of my job remit.

Working with clients and chefs in various areas of the UK. Menu planning, New product development in both the UK and Europe for clients including IKEA International, The Living Room Group, Barracuda Pubs and Restaurants.
