- Researching and evaluating the skills needs of occupations relevant to the Australian Skills Classification.- Interpreting, communicating and visualising data within a government policy frame-work.- Applying research and analysis within a policy setting.- Communicating research, data and policy information to a high standard in both oral and written format.- Interpreting job advertisement data.- Using excel and data programs to analyse and interpret information.- Monitoring updates to other classification systems, such as O*NET and ANZSCO.- Reviewing current occupation profiles based on stakeholder feedback and incorporating changes where appropriate.- Undertaking other evidence-based policy analysis relevant to the Skills Classification, as required.- Attend stakeholder meetings to consult and foster working relationships.

- Analysing customer data to assess customers entitlements and requirements.- Assessing and examining documents from customers, third parties and other sources to assist with making decisions based on legislative parameters.- Conducting telephone interviews to verify information and data.- Liaising with stakeholders to resolve complex issue and escalate where required.- Providing advice and education to customers, stakeholders and colleagues on regulatory and compliance matters.- Providing recommendations when preforming quality on line checks.- Raising debts and negotiating suitable recovery arrangements with customers and organisations including processing compensation settlements.- Researching and examining evidence from customers and third parties for the purpose of assessing health and welfare payments.- Updating customer records based on information provided by customers at interviews or information from third parties.

- Providing extensive personal tailored advice on financial products including: accounts, credit cards, personal loans, home loans, insurances, wealth products and investment products.- Engaging in holistic conversations with customers to explore financial needs and deepen relations.- Helping customers in financial hardship restructure their assets and liabilities to put them in an overall better position.- Taking ownership and seamlessly guiding customers through application processes.- Maintaining up to date accreditation to provide financial advice in an ever-changing sector.- Maintaining a full book of appointments with customers, stakeholders and third parties.
