I bought the New Inn at auction in August 2011. It was in a state of bad neglect and poor management. Renovation has been an ongoing situation since October 2011, albeit piecemeal at times.The Inn has been transformed into a 3 internal area operational unit. It boasts a cwtch/restaurant/bar. Each area has its own unique function offering customers the opportunity of selecting where they prefer to relax and enjoy the foods and beverages on offer.Externally much has been done to open up the beautiful natural surroundings that encompass the Inn.There are 2 garden areas. Both are suitable for family use, with the large rear area designed for functions such as fetes, family gatherings, functions etc. All in all its a magnificent and safe setting.The New Inn has been leased out to Mr & Mrs Jones. I have no intention of selling the New Inn now or ever.
