I am an equity partner in the firm’s Lake County, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin offices, serving clients in Cook, Lake, McHenry, Boone, Winnebago and Kane counties in Illinois, and throughout Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, Waukesha, and Dane counties.My practice is specialized in civil litigation, with a focus in the defense of professionals in liability and malpractice matters, specializing in the defense of physicians, dentists, institutional health care providers, long-term care facilities, hospitals and nurses, attorneys, and real estate professionals. I also regularly defend clients in personal and commercial transportation, nursing home, construction, and commercial litigation matters. Among the professionals I have successfully represented at trial neurosurgeons, emergency room physicians, neonatologists, internists, periodontists, nurses, general surgeons commercial tenants, real estate agents, real estate inspectors and clients in breach of contract. I also serve on the firm’s immediate response teams for commercial trucking companies on catastrophe losses. Furthermore, I regularly represent licensed professionals appearing before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.I have served on the firm’s Attorney Hiring Committee and its Associate Review and Compensation Committee.
