Streamlined company operations and identified productive methods to achieve top performance, eliminated waste and reduced expenses. Led the implementation of two critical initiatives, replenishment model for auto purchase order generation and EDI for over 25 vendors which has resulted in significant savings to both PO processing and operations. Supply Chain Management Functional – Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS), Logistics Transformation Office (LTO)•I provided subject matter expertise in the area of wholesale supply operations to support the plan to stock end-to-end process team’s development of the future state process models to be integrated into the system architecture. •Led the process modeling team and participated in the design of wholesale processes including the following: Min/Max Replenishment, Managed Goods Receipt for Procurement from Government/Non-Government Vendors, and Manage Goods Issue.•Supported the asset management business in the documentation of business functional threads to include the primary / secondary actors, pre/post conditions, flow of events, assumptions, business rules, and transformation.

Provided coaching and facilitation support to implement the Collaborative Demand & Supply Planning & Execution (CDSPE) methodology within a broad spectrum of management activities within AF, DLA, MX, and ASD. Specifically, led current state assessment sessions with working team functionals to map out the requirements determination, supply, workload review, depot repair, capacity planning, and inventory management processes. Identified gaps, validated findings and determined how the existing processes are to integrate into the future state process of CDSPE. Developed the CDSPE future state process to include a Responsbile, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) diagram, training briefing, and facilitated training sessions with the pilot project teams. Incorporated knowledge of Air Force legacy data systems (i.e. D200, D357, D035A, G004L) to outline business rules and data sources for the development of the CDSPE workbook, an MS Excel-based tool which contained the unconstrained requirements plan, constrained supportability plan, associated inventory plan(s), and the approved operating plan. Collaborated with the working level team OPRs to collect requirements, depot repair planning, inventory, and piece part analysis data and performed analysis to include the business logic for projected inventory, PO/PRs, inclusion of ALT and PLT, and performance metrics (i.e. Forecast Accurracy, Days of Coverage, Actual Repair vs. Plan, etc.). Managed the development process of the Action Item Tracker, an MS Access based tool which facilitates the entry, maintenance and reporting of action items resulting from the Requirements / Supportability / Consensus reviews and the level of escalation for each action item to facilitate briefing, reporting, and updating status.

Applied a broad knowledge of the Air Force Materiel Command and Air Force Global Logistics Supply Center organizations and functions/activities to support the 948th SCMG/OL integration of 448th SCMW Materiel Squadrons into the 948 SCMG. Participated in discussions on the development of the methodology for process standardization incorporating the AFSO21 PICK (Probable, Implement, Challenge, Kill) method for prioritization of processes to standardize. Researched and documented the requirements for the Spend Optimization Analysis Report (SOAR), a web-based application which will assist the 448th SCMW strategic sourcing community in analyzing the strategic outcomes and budgetary impact of contract actions to improve Administrative Lead Time (ALT), Production Lead Time (PLT), and Unit Price (UP) for items that are currently on a sourcing contract.
