Over the last 19 years, John has become a digital leader by expanding his knowledge and skills in line with the growth of the E-Commerce industry itself. He has experience leading innovative and transformational projects and managing internal digital merchandising, operations and brand marketing teams, as well as external 3PL, marketplace and ad agency partners.For 13 years, John helped Aeropostale to launch and grow their E-Commerce business, taking a hands-on approach to digital merchandising, marketing and operations. In that time, he led large projects including a website re-platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the company’s launch of their Buy Online, Pick Up In Store Functionality. In 2019, he joined Excelligence to assist with their digital transformation, focusing on a web re-platform and the growth of their Amazon marketplace business. He has helped to develop Amazon as one the fastest growing sales channels across multiple proprietary brands and continues to focus on expanding the retail presence of the company’s top consumer brands.
