At Cardano I delivered employer covenant services to some of the largest Defined Benefit Pensions Schemes and employers in the UK. I worked with a broad range of stakeholders and, alongside other advisors, provided high quality and concise advice across a range of subjects including corporate finance and sustainability. During this time, I often worked directly with Managing Directors and was responsible for building team engagement and progression, as well as managing budgets. This wide-ranging consultancy role involved successful company and scheme corporate transaction advice and mitigation work with large listed clients. With multiple clients across the energy value chain, I gained significant knowledge of the regulated energy sectors of the UK and Europe and renewable energies.I was involved in Cardano’s award-winning sustainability team. This work involved engagement with University academics to a build sustainability model. I developed strong knowledge of the TCFD framework through my involvement in trustee side TCFD reporting, again covering a number of different sectors.
