John worked as part of the Property Management team in Lisney’s head office. John was involved in a wide range tasks including the day to day management of a mixed portfolio of properties. Main Duties: Carrying out regular property inspections to check tenant’s compliance with lease covenants and submitting management reports Ensuring property complies with statutory requirements and regulations Reviewing building insurance reinstatement values Maintaining up to date records of leases, licences and general title of property Maintaining property records on TRAMPS to ensure advance warning of dates of lease expiries, rent reviews and other options e.g. break clauses

John assisted in numerous tasks key to the QS profession during his time with P.Elliotts. Pinnacle to this was John’s involvement on the re-measurement of one of the most be-spoke project’s in Ireland at the time, a flagship eco innovation residential development which incorporated a series of advanced energy features.
