The Life Learning Center delivers a holistic, integrated continuum of learning and care to help our at-risk citizens step to their highest potential. This includes education, shared experiences, and the tools to change their lives for the better. We believe permanent self-sufficiency begins with a transformational change that permits long-term success. The goal of the Life Learning Center is to provide people with the tools, accountability and support that will allow them to permanently succeed and to reach a rightful level of dignity in society. Care Continuum services are provided in cooperation with the wider social services community. For each member who enrolls in the Life Learning Center a menu of activities and services is created. The menu is customized to fit the particular needs of the individual who enrolls and significant others, i.e the family members who are integral and important to the success or failure of the enrollee.
