I have been refinishing and selling antique furniture and knick-knacks for over 30 years and have even had my own store in the past (most of my mortgage peers aren't even aware of this!) I can refinish, repurpose, repair most furniture, lamps, even do simple upholstery jobs on chairs! I prefer to refinish fine woods in their natural state, but in this market, "shabby chic" is in vogue, so I have perfected that technique as well. Someday, people will be paying me to get rid of the paint and restore the finish to original, but that will just keep me busy for a few more years! Come by one of the stores!
