My role as team leader for our California based sales team includes recruiting and developing sales talent while driving top line revenue and creating growth in strategic product, service and subscription areas. Our focus is premise, hybrid and hosted voice solutions including integrated 3rd party applications. Heavy emphasis on UCaaS, Contact Center solutions, Business Analytics, and customized Emergency Mass Notification discovery and design. With a track record of over 35 years in the Voice & IT arena, Global CTI has delivered customized designs to public and private enterprises as well as K-12 and Higher Ed organizations throughout the nation.

Responsible for adding net new logos using focused hunting skills as well as ongoing proactive account management. Primary function was to follow a well defined sales process from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing while building our customer base in the IP Telephony market. Targets included K-12, Community Colleges, Public Sector and small to medium businesses throughout Kern County. Extensive structured cabling sales experience, voice and data carrier analysis and as well as highly developed solution selling skills. Multiple Sales Person of the Quarter and President’s Club awards.
