Property Survey Unit – based on pictures and diagrams of a house, I determine the replacement cost for a house and adjust coverage based on that calculation, also had to determine if certain risks could remain eligible for coverage and/or if action needed to be taken to repair/improve safety of a risk. Applied all underwriting rules and regulations when assessing risks.

Maintain high quality food service, in charge of ordering food and making a schedule for cooks under me. Also in charge of making specials related to events and holidays in the area. Developed spreadsheets and product tracking to insure we were properly stocked at all times and coordinating additional training and development for the restaurant’s service staff.

Lead a squad(12) of Marines, making sure they have enough supplies, rest time, and proper equipment and training to carry out all tasks assigned by the commanding officer. While on missions I made decisions interpreting my commander’s intent concerning national security and foreign policy; during training I was tasked with the development and training of the Marines in my charge and expected to pass on my knowledge to the Marines in my platoon.
