The key to leadership is to pick the right person, teach them well and let them do there job. I believe in Extreme Ownership and flexibility that leads to trust as well as accountability. The hospitality industry can be tough, a sense of humor is truly needed. I grew up with horses and an old cowboy thought me a lesson of leadership. Hold the rains to tight and your horse will become confused, give him his head, pick him up from time to time (adjust as necessary) and let him work. Good advise that has served me well.
