New Home Sales - PresentThis past year, I have represented sales as a new homes temp for Cal Atlantic, KB Homes, Richmond American, , Pulte, Brookfield, Irvine Pacific, Shea Homes, Lennar, Toll Brothers, D.R. Horton, ColRich, Davidson Communities, Baldwin & Sons and California West. I am current with the Southern California real estate home markets. Northmark Ltd. January 2010 to 2016I worked with large master-planned developers, farmers and major landholders to create the means for developers to gain access to their building permits, by documenting their ability to supply their homeowners with a 99 year supply of water for each home. Without such documentation, in many cases, they are not allowed to build. I made several presentations to City Councils, special interest groups and public forums.

Stonebridge Estates - Scripps Ranch

Managed luxury estate lot sales at a master-planned community called Stonebridge Estates, in Scripps Ranch, near San Diego. Brookfield had several Production Builder communities within the development.

Rancho Santa Fe, Ca

I managed the sales teams and brokerage activities for the master-planned community with custom and production built homes. I was also President of Rancho Cielo Realty Co. I acted as the broker of record and managing broker and was in charge of sales and marketing.

I directed the sales for the Crosby, and was the Broker of Record for resales, new home sales and estate lot sales for the large master-planned resort community developed by Starwood Corporation.
