-Provide relationship management & technical support for over 350 investment manager partners-Manage implementation and project tracking for all new manager relationships and new investment portfolios on the Envestnet platform-Work with internal and external partners to troubleshoot platform problems, process manager requests and ensure timely resolutions-Train new team members to ensure knowledge and effectiveness in the position

• Training, supporting, and supervising the reconciliation department staff to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely reconciliation of financial portfolios. • Coordinating with the Client Services team and Technology team on new procedures or initiatives to implement a scalable process in preparation for the company’s rapid growth • Collaborating with the Technology team in building new tools to create reconciliation efficiencies • Tracking the reconciliation process and metrics to provide status updates to Client Service, plan resources and deadlines for the reconciliation schedule, and monitor for increased efficiency or areas for improvement. • Created tracking system for account reconciliation data ranging from online access information, reconciliation status, assigned reconciler, account notes and scheduled reconciliation deadlines. • Organizing the reconciliation schedule with Client Service deadlines and priorities against limited resources. • Troubleshooting reconciliation issues escalated from the reconciliation team or returned from Client Service team. • Reviewing reconciled accounts and sending errors back to reconcilers for correction and training purposes • Created newest version of formal training manual/job aid for Investment Operations Analysts • Integrating new accounts from Setup and entering all pertinent data into the Reconciliation tracking system, ensuring accounts were complete, all information was available and assigning them to reconcilers

• Gather, analyze, and reconcile investment transactions daily, weekly, or monthly per clients requested frequency to ensure concise reporting of high net worth portfolios. • Initiate and confirm monthly reconciliation progressively tying custodian year to date totals and cost to simplify year-end and tax reporting. • Identify and assist in resolving technical issues as they relate to information aggregation, portfolio reporting, and portfolio management to further develop system verified quality. • Adjusting data to meet specific client needs and tracking those adjustments to ease reconciliation with custodian data • Uploading and verifying historical data including transactions, prices, gains & losses and cost • Downloading and saving client statements into internal accounts & verifying successful assignment for client retrieval • Researching and verifying custodian data using multiple web interfaces and matching results to internal systems

• Importation, separation and filing of electronic mortgage documentation for wholesale and conduit clients
