Both hard bid and CM.Prepares all levels of Construction Management estimating from schematic to design development to guaranteed maximum pricing including the clarifications and cost saving components.Work closely with the design consultants to insure that estimates accurately portray the intended scope of work.In constant contact with subcontractors to insure pricing is reflective of the latest market conditions. Subcontractors managed through ISQFT which also acts as ECCI's electronic plan room.Use Sage Estimating, MC2, Agtek and Excel and Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheets that have been created in-house.Spring 2019-Taught Blueprint Reading Class to several of our current employees in order to increase their comfort level with the use of a project's contract documents.
