• Greets guests and tenants upon entering the premises and monitor their check-in and check-out in the property.

• Creates Incidents Reports if tenant violated the building policies.

• Conducted cold calls to initiate contact or follow-up with prospects and quality leads based on employee counts criteria.
• Setting meetings up between C - Level Executive and our sales executives.
