• Led Production organization of 900 employees in seeds field production, processing, and crop protection formulations in support of $4BN business. • Designed and implemented new Production organization created through the consolidation of the crop protection supply chain and seven seeds supply chains in North America.

• Led planning; logistics; procurement; production; Health, Safety, & Environmental; and quality to support North American crop protection annual sales of $3.5Bn. • Oversaw growth and development of the supply chain to support 5% annual sales growth. • Global business partner for Lawn & Garden business (2007-2010), leading all Supply Chain activities in support of the global Lawn & Garden business.
