I represent clients in federal and state court (both NY and CT) in a wide range of general civil litigation, trials and appeals, including automobile, contract, complex litigation, corporate, land use, negligence, premises liability, product liability matters and toxic tort litigation. Significantly, I lead a national monitoring program overseeing general liability and automobile litigation on behalf of the world's largest office solutions/supplies company. I have also enjoyed successful representation of major insurance carriers in the defense of significant products liability and personal injury matters. I have significant experience as both national and local counsel to wide range of products manufacturers and distributors. I have also worked on matters involving New York's State Environmental Quality Review Act and municipal planning issues relevant to landowners and municipalities, including negotiations with, and public hearings before, lead agencies.
