Oversaw construction, equipment installation/buyoff, start up and product qualification. Own P&L, including safety, quality, OEE, cost and leadership. Hire and develop high-performing salaried staff consisting of 11 salary employees as well as plant hourly staff of 40+ nonunion employees.Plant Manager, Fort Dodge, IA, 2016 — 2018 Directed largest metal food container manufacturing facility in North America with $200M annual plant sales, $2.37B in total annual net sales, and 21M units produced daily. Managed 170+ nonunion employees operating on 7/24 schedule and $13M indirect operating budget. Oversaw P&L, safety, quality, OEE, and cost.
