Current2Seventy partners with Bristol Myers Squibb to promote its multiple myeloma cell therapy ABECMA. Independently, 2Seventy has several early-stage cell-therapy oncology programs in development with a corporate team of 450 people.Report to the Sr. Vice President of Quality and Operations. Design overall IT strategy services and solutions roadmap, while leading the entire function consisting of Application Support, Project Management, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Computer Systems Validation and Vendor Management functions, with 25+ employees, and an annual budget of $24M. Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services across two locations. Annually present to the Board Audit Committee on cybersecurity issues and actions and key IT initiatives and roadmap. Partner with senior leadership and business owners in championing information and technology initiatives that support enterprise-wide strategic business objectives through the budget development and approval process. Member on the Corporate Operations Committee to drive process efficiency and strategy across the company.* Led IT system activities for our corporate divestiture with bluebird bio. Achieved corporate separation in-line with scheduled deadline, including the reimplementation of all IT Infrastructure, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and G&A applications with critical focus on our Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM systems to meet financial and SEC obligations.* Guided entire team through 2 large scale RIFs by focusing on engagement actions, frequent communications and transparency, resulting in no increase in turnover and effectively retaining service levels while reducing the staff by 50%. * Shifted resource mix and replaced poorly performing vendors, leading to greater flexibility and consistency in achieving service levels. Increased our first contact close rate from <50% to 85% by changing our Helpdesk service provider.
