Current• Develops and implements safety programs to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions.• Develops training materials related to warehousing and trucking industry.• Develops construction permitting system and safety requirements while working inside the premises of MMI.• Develops safety signages and posters related to warehousing and trucking industry.• Develops process safety Inspection checklist.• Conducts Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Hazard Identification, Risk-Assessment and Documents Controls (HIRADC) per-process in warehouse and trucking.• Facilitate the Steering committee meeting in the assigned site.• Conducts Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assessment and evaluation. • Conducts or coordinates safety and first aid training to educate workers about safety policies, laws, and practices.• Conducts a site visit and audit to inspect fire and safety equipment, machinery, trucks, and facilities to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.• Conducts safety training to all employees in the warehouse, trucking and even in contractors while working in the premises of MMI.• Investigates accidents to minimize recurrence and prepares accident reports.• Monitor safety procedures determine the cause of unsafe condition through equipment and facilities inspection, and worker observation with corrective action recommendations provided. • Ensure all the legal requirements mandated by Law are followed for the protection of employee and employer.• Review the contractor’s safety plan and monitor compliance with the plan.• Performs other duties and assignments as required.
