Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications.  Managing a local CPT team and liaising with Wintech IT. Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair.  Performing routine audits of systems and software. Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware. Maintaining the company IT systems and software updates. Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies. Reporting to the local Director (CPT) and IT Manager (UK) Having excellent time management, confidentiality & communication skills. Having strong IT, commercial, planning and budgeting skills. Management of server software and associated backup routines.

Responsible for the efficient and quality preparation, installation, diagnosis, and maintenance of the cable infrastructure of the business.  Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost Facilitates the install of structured cabling, access control, CCTV, commercial audio, and video Manage multiple Building projects – related to fibre optic installation, CAT5/ CAT6, NEW Patch Rooms setup Maintain a safe working environment and abide by all site-specific safety and work standards Communicate with technical teams/building committee and clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship. Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership. Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project Always maintain a customer service-oriented demeanour and professional composure.
